3 Steps to Ensure these Emails Reach Your Inbox (Gmail, Etc)

We'll Tell You How to Fix That...

Some email systems separate your emails according to whether they think their PRIMARY, SPAM, PROMOTIONS, or SOCIAL MEDIA generated emails. To prevent this training course and all its emails being redirected and lost in your account:

1) Find your promotions tab or section of your account (as shown in the image above);

2) When you locate the promotions section, add a check mark to the left of our email, to select it;

3) Uncheck the Label Promotion or relabel the email as a General/Primary email (as shown in the image below).

By following these steps, all further emails will be directed to the General account and this will ensure these emails reach the location you read consistently and so you will receive them right away.
