Clarification on Rules (please give us you insight)
-
Vessel Cards will be played in a Land, and that Land will receive the benefit of that vessel's cards ability. If the Land, which the Vessel occupies, is taken by an opponent, that Vessel may be taken by your opponent or discarded. The vessel may move as the one transport each player is allowed per turn.
-
Each player may increase or decrease by 800 Morale points per Round. A Round is defined as when the first person who started the entire game starts playing their turn, and continues until the last person who played the first round restocks their hand after their turn.
-
Rasputin, Simon Bolivar, and Guy Fawkes are to stay in the Land either until their Land either changes hands or that they are the last card to be be removed. If you lose the Land in battle, they are always the last card to be removed. If you have a card that saves them from the discard pile, they must be placed in a Land from the same continent or they are allowed to be discarded even if a card played saves them from the discard.
-
If a card is saved from the discard pile, they must be placed back in the same land they came from or another Land in the same continent. If you have already transported that turn, they must be returned to the same Land or discarded, even if they were to be saved from the discard pile.
